Gong brings customer conversations and activity data into MS Dynamics so reps can understand deal momentum and review interactions without leaving their CRM. MS Dynamics users see completed calls, meeting activity, email engagement, and other customer-facing actions that Gong captures.

Gong for Dynamics app

The Gong for Dynamics app adds a dedicated Flow object which allows displaying all Engage flows a contact or lead has been added to. This includes:

  • Which Engage flows a contact or lead is currently in

  • Flow names and statuses

  • Flow ownership

Activity export

Depending on your company’s configuration, Gong can export the following activity types to Dynamics 365:

  • Meeting invites

  • Conference calls

  • Telephony calls, including calls made through Gong Engage

  • Emails sent through the Gong email composer

  • Engage tasks

  • Engage LinkedIn connection requests and messages

  • Engage flow activity

Gong adds consistent prefixes and field values to these tasks so they are easy to identify.
