Flow data in MS Dynamics

Flow data can be exported to custom fields and a custom object. Custom fields are fields your technical admin defines to display additional data that is not included in standard Dynamics fields. For example, a contact record might include a field that shows the date of the most recent Gong call, helping reps quickly understand how recently the contact was engaged.

Flow custom fields

Flow custom fields are added to a contact’s Details tab. These fields display information about the Engage flow the contact is currently in, such as the flow name or status.

Flow custom object

If your tech admin has installed the Gong for Dynamics app, Dynamics also includes an Engage Flows custom object.

This object displays a list of all the Engage flows a contact has been added to, which is especially useful when a contact is part of multiple flows.

To view Engage Flows for a contact:

  1. Open the contact record.

  2. Select Related and click Engage Flows.

  3. In the list of Engage flows, select a flow you want to see more details on.
