The left panel of the call page gives you several ways to work through the call. Use the tabs to navigate between the outline, transcript, call details, and points of interest.

Use the outline

The Outline tab shows an AI-generated summary of the call broken into timestamped sections. Each section links directly to that moment in the recording, so you can jump to the part you want to hear without listening to the full call.

To use the outline:

  1. Open the call.

  2. In the left panel, click Outline.

  3. Click a section heading to jump to that part of the recording.

View the transcript

The Transcript tab shows the full text of the call, attributed to each speaker. You can read along while listening, or search the transcript for specific words or phrases. Selecting a line in the transcript jumps the player to that moment.

To search the transcript:

  1. Open the call.

  2. In the left panel, click Transcript.

  3. Use the search bar at the top of the panel to search for a word or phrase. Matching lines are highlighted in the transcript.

Note:

Transcripts for translated calls are not searchable.

Review call info

The Call info tab shows who attended the call, when it took place, and how it was classified. From here you can also correct speaker names or manually associate the call with a CRM record.

To review call info:

  1. Open the call.

  2. In the left panel, click Call info.

  3. Review the attendees, call date and duration, and CRM associations.

Explore points of interest

Points of interest are automatically flagged moments in the call, such as questions asked, competitor mentions, pricing discussions, and filler words. They appear as markers on the timeline and are listed in the panel.

To explore points of interest:

  1. Open the call.

  2. In the left panel, click Call info, then select the Points of interest tab.

  3. Click a point of interest to jump to that moment in the recording.

Frequently asked questions

Can I download the transcript?

Yes. From the call page, click the Share button and select Download transcript. The transcript downloads as a text file.

Why doesn't the transcript match what was said?

Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, speaker accents, and background noise. If the transcript is in the wrong language, use Transcribe in correct language from the More actions menu. If the transcript is consistently inaccurate, ask your admin to add custom vocabulary terms relevant to your industry or company. Learn more about troubleshooting common call page issues.
