Use this workflow to delete a workspace. You can use this flow to effectively merge two workspaces together.
Click Company settings > Workspaces, and find the workspace you want to delete in the list.
Click
.Select the workspace that you want to transfer any calls and the home workspace for people to, and then click DELETE.
Calls and the home workspace are transferred. The following items are deleted:
Permission profiles
Trackers
Topics
Scorecards
Custom vocabulary
Automation rules
Library folders, streams, saved searches, and notifications
Whisper analysis
