Microsoft 365 admins or IT responsible for Copilot integrations
All plans
Gong’s integration with Microsoft Copilot lets users search Gong calls directly from Microsoft apps, without switching platforms. Users can ask plain-language questions and get summaries and links to calls in Gong. This gives teams quick access to insights from one or many calls while staying in their Microsoft environment.
What the integration includes
Once set up, Copilot can:
Summarize recent Gong calls
Answer questions about a specific account or a set of calls
Return links to calls in Gong so users can review the full conversation
Data not available in Copilot
Copilot does not have access to:
Emails captured by Gong
CRM-related data beyond accounts and contacts
Custom fields or advanced CRM entity types such as deals, opportunities, or splits
Control who can use the Gong connector
Admins can restrict who is allowed to use the Gong connector in Copilot:
During setup, switch on Rollout to limited audience
Add specific users or groups who should have access
