Article summary

If your org uses the native Zoom recorder, you can opt to use Zoom's recording disclaimer in addition to using the personalized consent page hosted by Gong.

  • The Zoom recording disclaimer plays separately for each meeting participant, gaining implied consent.

  • Zoom offers settings you can customize to give the best experience

    • Customize the recording confirmation

    • Select who to play the voice prompt for (all, none, or guests only)

    • Host confirmation

    • Handy consent buttons and multiple notifications for people dialing in over the phone

These settings can be found in Zoom at Account Management > Account SettingsRecording tab.
