Note:

The service known as “Revenue analytics” is now called “Dashboards.” Dashboard assets, like metrics and targets, are now configured in the Admin center under “Data studio.” This change is rolling out in October 2025.

Pipeline analytics data is derived from two sources:

  • The deal/account fields included in your CRM integration. Basic metrics can be based on any CRM field as long as it’s imported to Gong as part of your integration. Learn more about importing Salesforce fields here, and about importing HubSpot fields here.

    Note:

    Syncing new CRM fields with Gong may take a few hours.

  • Gong data enrichments:

    • Deal likelihood score

    • The deal status

    • Deal last activity: The date of the last activity associated with the deal

    • Activity count in the last 21 days

    • Active contact count in the last 21 days

    • Deal last customer activity: The date of the last activity associated with the deal, in which the customer/prospect was involved

    • Deal next call: The date of the next call or meeting associated with the deal

      Note:

      Your deals data can be filtered by account fields, but not vice versa. In future releases, account data will also be filterable by deal fields.
