Where to find Gong reports

In Salesforce, go to the Reports page, click All Folders in the left pane, and select Gong Reports.

Out-of-the-box reports:

  • $ pipeline impacted by competitive Opps

    The $ value of Opps with competition in the pipeline

  • $ value of won Opps with competition

    The value in dollars of won deals when there was competition

  • Closing Opps w/o their VP participation

    Opportunities due to close this quarter where none of the prospect’s VPs participated in a call

  • Closing Opps with your VP participation

    Opportunities due to close this quarter where a VP on your side participated in a call

  • Competitive Opps closing this Q

    Opportunities due to close this quarter where your competitors were mentioned by your prospects

  • Early-stage Opps where pricing mentioned

    Early-stage opportunities where pricing was mentioned

  • Email Activity per Contacts in Account

    Displays the number of emails each contact in an account received over the last 30 days. Included in the Gong Email Activity dashboard.

  • Email Activity per Opportunity Size

    Are you engaging correctly with your opportunities? This report displays the emails sent for opportunities closing at the end of the following month. Included in the Gong Email Activity dashboard.

  • Email Activity per Rep

    Displays the number of emails sent by each rep. Included in the Gong Email Activity dashboard.

  • Late-stage Opps without pricing

    Late-stage opportunities where pricing wasn't mentioned

  • Most Emailed Contacts - Top 20

    Displays a list of contacts and the number of emails they received, sorted highest to lowest. Included in the Gong Email Activity dashboard.

  • No. of open Opps per Q per competitor

    The number of open opportunities with competition, broken down by competitor

  • Number of Opportunities Rep Engaged In

    Displays the number of opportunities each rep was involved in, in the last 30 days. Included in the Gong Email Activity dashboard.

  • Opportunities without Email Activities

    Displays a list of opportunities where the most recent email was sent more than 30 days ago. Included in the Gong Email Activity dashboard.

  • Percentage of competitive won Opps per Q

    The quarterly trend of the percentage of opportunities won when there was competition

  • Win rate per Q for competitive Opps

    The quarterly trend of how often you won opportunities when there was competition

Custom reports
