  1. From the home screen, tap More > Settings.

  2. Set the desired settings:

    Network

    • Use cellular data to download calls: Toggle off to download calls only when you have Wi-Fi.

    Push notifications

    Get real-time push notifications when deal-defining moments happen during sales conversations and for comments. Toggle on to be notified when:

    • Someone shared a call with me

    • Someone requested feedback on a call

    • There are new comments

    • I'm mentioned in a comment

    • Notifications: Tap to access the notifications and set when you want to be notified by the mobile app.

      Get real-time push notifications when deal-defining moments happen during sales conversations. You can also receive push notifications when someone mentions you in comments.

  3. Tap More > Profile to see your Gong profile details:

    • Email: See the email address you're logged in with

    • User ID: Your Gong user ID.

    • Workspace: If your org uses Gong workspaces, the workspace you're currently signed in to is listed.

  4. Tap More > Help to:

    • Access the Gong Help Center, tap Getting started.

    • See app acknowledgements, tap Acknowledgements.

    • Send us feedback, tap Send feedback.
      This opens an email that contains device logs that can be sent to our support team for troubleshooting.

    The Gong mobile app version is shown on the More screen.

    Rooted devices are not supported.
