Gong has set up default terms that are excluded from emails that are imported into Gong and web conferences that are recorded. These include terms in email subjects and web conference invitations, as well as domains and email addresses.
To edit or update these terms, go to your company settings > Data protection & privacy and scroll down to Email import exclude list and Web conferencing exclude list.
Here, you'll see which domains, email addresses, and words in email subjects are excluded from importing. Click Edit to update.
