Recipe: Additional custom reports

In this article, learn how to create a couple of common custom reports.

Number of meetings with the customer

Set up a report with the following parameters:

• Set the Report Type to Conversations with Primary Account.

• Group rows by Primary Account.

• Set Gong Count to Summarize > Sum.

• Apply any relevant filters, as desired. For example, Customer Type, Location, Conversation Scope, Conversation Primary Owner, and so on.

Duration of early stage calls, per rep

Set up a report with the following parameters:

• Set the Report Type to Conversations.

• Group rows by Primary User.

• Set Duration (Sec.) to Summarize > Average.

• Apply any relevant filters, as desired. For example, Opportunity Stage at the time of the call, Started, Conversation Scope, and so on.

Report the amount of calls made to a specific contact within a specific time frame

View and analyse the number of Gong calls made to a contact within a specific time frame:

• Use the Conversations with Participants report

• Filter to Participant Type = Contact (external)

• Group the report by participant email

• Apply time filters to the call dates
