The Gong for Salesforce app includes a set of ready-made Salesforce reports built on Gong conversation and activity data. These reports help teams analyze pipeline health, engagement, and deal execution using real customer interactions.

Where to find Gong reports

In Salesforce, go to the Reports page, click All Folders in the left pane, and select Gong Reports.

Out-of-the-box reports:

  • $ pipeline impacted by Economic Pulse: Shows the total dollar value of opportunities where Gong’s Economic Pulse tracker comes up in conversations

  • $ pipeline impacted by competitive Opps: Shows the total dollar value of open opportunities where competitors were mentioned in conversations

  • $ value of won Opps with competition: Shows the total dollar value of won opportunities where competitors were mentioned

  • Closing Opps w/o their VP participation: Lists Opportunities due to close this quarter where no VP from the prospect’s side participated in a call

  • Closing Opps with your VP participation: Lists Opportunities due to close this quarter where a VP on your side participated in a call

  • Competitive Opps closing this Q: Lists Opportunities due to close this quarter where prospects mentioned competitors during a call

  • Early-stage Opps where pricing mentioned: Lists Early-stage opportunities where pricing was mentioned

  • Economic Pulse - Impacted Account Types: Shows which account types are most affected when Gong’s Economic Pulse tracker identifies economic factors, such as inflation or cost increases, in customer conversations.

  • Economic Pulse - Impacted Industries: Shows which industries are most affected when Gong’s Economic Pulse tracker identifies economic factors, such as inflation or cost increases, in customer conversations.

  • Economic Pulse - Impacted Opportunities: Shows which opportunities are most affected when Gong’s Economic Pulse tracker identifies economic factors, such as inflation or cost increases, in customer conversations.

  • Economic Pulse rate in Conversations: Shows the percentage of conversations where terms identified by Gong’s Economic Pulse tracker were discussed.

  • Email Activity per Contacts in Account: Shows the number of emails each contact in an account received over the last 30 days. Included in the Gong Email Activity dashboard.

  • Email Activity per Opportunity Size: Shows whether email activity aligns with opportunity size by listing emails sent for opportunities closing at the end of the following month. Included in the Gong Email Activity dashboard.

  • Email Activity per Rep: Shows the number of emails sent by each rep. Included in the Gong Email Activity dashboard.

  • Giving scores: Shows how many times people scored other people

  • Got Scored: Shows how many times people got scored

  • Late-stage Opps without pricing: Lists Late-stage opportunities where pricing wasn't mentioned

  • Managers avg. scores over time: Lists average scores manager gave in a specific month

  • Most Emailed Contacts - Top 20: Shows the 20 contacts who received the highest number of emails, sorted from highest to lowest. Included in the Gong Email Activity dashboard.

  • No. of open Opps per Q per competitor: Shows the number of open opportunities with competition, grouped by competitor

  • Number of Opportunities Rep Engaged In: Shows the number of opportunities each rep was involved in, in the last 30 days. Included in the Gong Email Activity dashboard.

  • Opportunities without Email Activities: Shows opportunities where no email was sent in the last 30 days. Included in the Gong Email Activity dashboard.

  • Overall win rate per quarter: Shows the percentage of opportunities that were won in that quarter. Allows you to see trends in your win-rate.

  • Reps avg. scores over time: Lists average scores the rep recieved in a specific month

  • Scorecards given over time: Shows number of scorecards given per month

  • Scores by scorecard names: Shows the scores given for each scorecard

  • Scoring done per month by manager: Shows how many times a manager scored someone in a specific month

  • Users average overall score: Shows the average score given to team members per month

  • Percentage of competitive won Opps per Q: The quarterly trend of the percentage of opportunities won when there was competition

  • Win rate per Q for competitive Opps: The quarterly trend of how often you won opportunities when there was competition

  • Win Rate - Economic pulse impacted opps: Shows which opportunities were won even though Gong’s Economic Pulse tracker identifies economic factors, such as inflation or cost increases, in customer conversations.

Note:

For reports that use keyword trackers: Business admins must select to use the tracker in the CRM Call object.

Customize reports

The out-of-the-box Gong reports include all tracked business data. Customize these reports to focus on specific trackers, topics, and call metrics you want to analyze.
