Create a new workspace
Go to Settings > Workspaces, and click ADD WORKSPACE.
Enter a Name and Description for your workspace.
Assign users to the workspace (automatic provisioning)
Go to Settings > Team members provisioning.
Automatically assign provisioned users with access to the new workspace by creating or editing the provisioning assignments. For more information, see Provisioning team members.
Assign existing users to the workspace (manual provisioning)
Go to Settings > Team Members.
Update data capture and permission settings for the team members you want to have access to the new workspace.
Set some business admins to manage the new workspace.

Set up the new workspace
Create or update business settings in the new workspace like permission profiles, trackers, call categories, scorecards, and custom vocabulary.
