You may find you often give feedback verbally, such as straight after a call, or in a 1:1 meeting. Mark a call as reviewed to make sure this "offline" feedback is logged in Gong so that it's part of your coaching stats, and visible to you, your manager, and sales enablement.

Items where you've been asked to give feedback appear:

  • In Collaboration > Received on your homepage

  • On the call page

  • If you're a direct manager - in your Coaching Inbox.

To mark as feedback given:

  1. Locate the call you want to mark as "feedback given".

  2. In the image__3_.png tab, click Mark it.
