The Gong for Salesforce app lets you view your calls together with their data directly in Salesforce. Completed calls are exported as Gong conversations when your Salesforce admin installs Gong for Salesforce.
In Salesforce, go to an account or opportunity you want to see a conversation for.
Search for the conversation in the conversations list.
Click a conversation to open it in a Conversation.
