With the Gong app on your mobile device, you can record scheduled web conference meetings as well as spontaneous, face-to-face meetings, and have them analyzed and transcribed in Gong.
Record scheduled meetings
If your calendar is connected to Gong, here's how you can record scheduled, web conference meetings.

Open the Gong app and tap the
at the top right. You'll see a calendar icon with the name of scheduled meetings within the next 2 hours. -
Tap RECORD to associate the recording with a specific meeting. (You can also tap SKIP, in which case you'll be recording, but the recording won't be associated with the meeting.) Tap
to start recording. -
When you're finished, tap
to stop the recording. Give the recording a name and then tap Save.The recording is uploaded to Gong, analyzed and transcribed.
Record spontaneous meetings
You can also record spontaneous face-to-face meetings that aren't logged in your calendar with the Gong mobile app.
The recordings are audio only, and if you're in a noisy environment such as a coffee shop, the quality may not be optimal. If you're meeting in a meeting room, place your mobile device as close to the speakers as possible.

Open the Gong app and tap the

Tap
to start recording. -
When you're finished, tap
. Give the recording a name and then tap Save.The recording is uploaded to Gong, analyzed and transcribed.
