Download calls and listen to them whenever and wherever you want, even when you're at the gym, hiking in nature, or flying.
This article explains everything you need to know about listening to calls.

Find calls to listen to
Tap Calls on the home screen to view recent calls or those you've saved for later, or tap More > Library to find a call in the library.
To listen to a call, tap the call, and then tap play .
Save to listen to later
If you come across an interesting call and want to add it to a list to listen to later, you can do that in a couple of places:

In the Calls screen, tap

On a call, tap More > Listen later.
The calls are saved in the "Listen later" list which is accessible from the Calls screen.
Save for offline
If you know you're going to be offline, download calls to your device to listen to later.
To download calls to listen to offline: on the call screen, tap More > Save to my device.
If you don't see this option, but see Remove from device, it means you already downloaded it.
Navigate within the call
The speaker tracks below the call shows the call progress. Drag the tracks to wherever in the call you want to play. Alternatively, drag the audio progress bar to the place you want to go to.
Our other controls enable you to go back 15 seconds , or to jump to the next speaker
, and to play and pause.
Use search to find any term you want to locate in the call. The call transcript is searched and results are shown. Tap a result to hear that snippet of the call.
Control playback speed
If you're up for listening faster than the speed of speech, we're here to give it to you. Listen at up to 2x speed to save yourself time and easily find the most important details.

Just select the desired speed in the call screen

Read the transcript

On the call screen, tap More > Read transcript.
The call transcript opens. Scroll through the transcript, and tap a segment to start playing the call at that part.
Comment on the call
Leave verbal or written comments on the call. Add your thoughts in the context of the relevant parts of the conversation, and facilitate collaboration with the call host, peers, and manager. (If you're offline, they'll sync automatically when you get back to a network connection).
To add a voice comment:
It's sometimes easier to leave a voice comment when you're on the move.

At the bottom of the call, tap
and record your message.
The first time you use the microphone, you'll need to give permission to access your device microphone.
Voice comments can be played back on both mobile and desktop.
To add a written comment:

At the bottom of the call screen, tap inside the Share your thoughts box, and start typing.

To tag someone, tap @ and start typing their name.

To set who can see the comment, tap the 'offices' icon, and select anyone at your company, specific people, or only me.

Tap
to post your comment.
To view comments on the call: tap the comment icon. Tap Reply to reply to comment already made.
Score the call

On the call screen, tap More > Scorecards.

Tap Score this call.

Select the speaker you want to score.

Select one of the available scorecards, and fill it out.

Tap Post to finish.
