By default team stats are calculated for customer calls in your team in the last 30 days.
Change the filters:

Team: Click the manager name or search for and select the teams you want to view stats for. Gong can show stats for up to 200 people.

Call type: (not relevant for the Responsiveness tab). Click the call type, and select all types you want stats for.

Time period: Click the selected period, select the desired period, or enter a date range and click OK.

In the ACTIVITY and INTERACTION tabs, the Include all call data toggle enables you to based the calculations on whether or not the team member was the call host:

ON: Stats include calls all calls the team member attended regardless of whether they were the call owner or not

OFF: Stats are calculated on calls where the team member was identified as the call owner only
