Gong’s Agent studio is your central hub for managing AI agents across sales workflows. It brings together all AI agents, so you can discover, configure, and deploy them throughout your business operations.

AI agents are intelligent assistants that analyze your company data to perform tasks, deliver insights, and support teams to work more efficiently. They adapt over time to your business needs, and promote productivity across the revenue lifecycle.

AI agents are included in your company’s application and assigned seats*.  

What agents do

Designed to fit into your day-to-day workflow and help you advance your business goals, Gong AI agents are:

  • Personalized to your business. Agents rely on your organizational data as its foundation, with AI delivering results based on calls, emails, and CRM data.

  • Specialized by function. Agents are purpose-built for critical revenue workflows like deal qualification, forecasting, coaching, and customer engagement. They’re embedded directly in the tools and views your teams already use.

  • Customizable. Business admins can configure agents in the Agent studio to reflect specific goals or processes.

  • Automated. Agents analyze conversations, automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and suggest next steps to help reps stay focused on selling.

  • Insight-driven. Agents identify risks, trends, and opportunities across customer interactions, helping teams make informed decisions and optimize performance.

Most agents are available in the Agent studio, or will launch later this year. Configuring AI agents is intuitive and allows your business to self-serve, and customize agents to fit your organizational needs. Some agents can be tested and previewed before you deploy them.

  • AI Tracker automatically detects and tracks key messaging across conversations, giving teams greater visibility into rep and customer behaviors

  • AI Topic Finder identifies common call concepts so teams can find and analyze business-critical discussions

  • AI Theme Spotter uncovers recurring themes, such as top pain points, common business goals, and objections—across any customer segment (coming soon)

Data capture and organization:

  • AI Activity Mapper associates calls and emails with the appropriate CRM records to provide your Gong data with the right business context
