How it works

AI Tracker uses smart trackers, which are trained to recognize specific concepts in conversation, not just exact words.

For example, a smart tracker trained to find “asking for a discount” might surface phrases like:

  • “Is there any wiggle room on pricing?”

Once you’ve created a smart tracker, you can use it across Gong, in searches, alerts, streams, dashboards, and insights, to track the moments in conversations that matter most.
