    Who can do this? Gong tech admin and Salesforce admin

    Prerequisites

    Before setting up the integration:

    • Enable API access in Salesforce. If API access is not enabled, you won’t be able to connect Gong to Salesforce.

    • Set up an integration user with the following configuration:

      • Salesforce admin

      • If using multiple currencies, the integration user must have their personal currency set to the same currency as the corporate currency

      • If using opportunity teams, splits or products, the integration user must have access to these and any relevant objects.
