Import HubSpot fields so that you can see your CRM data together with your Gong data in one place. Once you're set up, you can:
Filter calls by data from HubSpot, such as calls for a specific deal, in the Search page
View deals and their value in the Accounts page
Drill down to monitor changes in the account timeline (for Opportunity fields set to track changes)
Note:
Make sure that the user that connects to HubSpot has access to all fields you want to import.
We recommend importing up to 50 fields per object so as not to impact performance.
Select the CRM fields to import
Select the fields that Gong imports from HubSpot. You can also create field placeholders and import field history for supported fields.
To select CRM fields to import:
In the left sidebar, click Admin center.
In the Settings tab, click CRM settings under CRM.
Click the Data import tab.

The list of fields you can import from HubSpot are organized by Account, Contact, and Opportunity.
Select Account, Contact, or Opportunity to select the fields to import for that object.
If necessary, in the Search bar, enter the name of a field to locate it.
Select the fields you want Gong to import.
Optional: Select Create placeholder to enable the field as a field placeholder in Gong.
Optional: Select Import history to import historical values for the field. Gong keeps a history of the field so you can see what changed and when. In playbooks, users can see when fields were last updated. The different values are shown in the account timeline and account page.
Note:
The HubSpot field must have field history tracking enabled in HubSpot.
Optional: Select View selected only to display only imported fields.
Click Save.
In each tab, select the fields that you want to use to in Gong.
To create a placeholder from a CRM field, select Create field placeholder next to the field. This enables you use CRM fields imported to Gong in addition to the built-in field placesholders that Gong provides to personalize activities such as Engage emails.
To track the change of a field's value, select Track changes next to the field. Track changes enables you to monitor when and what changes to your HubSpot fields happen as your deal progresses. If your team is using playbooks, it enables users to see when fields were last updated.
Changes are shown in the account console.
Set the import settings
Set the deal amount field to define which HubSpot field Gong uses as the deal value in Gong.
To select the deal amount field:
In the CRM settings page, click the Import settings tab.
Under Deal amount field select the HubSpot field that contains the deal value.

Note:
Only amount fields from the Deal object are available.
Click Save.
