Note:
The service known as “Revenue analytics” is now called “Dashboards.” Dashboard assets, like metrics and targets, are now configured in the Admin center under “Data studio.” This change is rolling out in October 2025.
Dashboards permissions include admin permissions to manage dashboards, metrics, and targets, and viewers permission to access them.
Permissions to manage dashboards
Admin center > Permission profiles > Business settings
Dashboards admin permission profiles must include Manage revenue analytics, so they’re able to:
Build, manage, publish, and delete dashboards.
Build and manage metrics and targets.
Apply targets to forecast boards.
Note:
Limit permissions to a small, select group of people, as granting access to too many people increases the risk of issues that could disrupt the system.
Permission to view dashboards
To view published dashboards, user permission profiles must include Dashboards:
