Gong Forecast
Pipeline analytics data is derived from two sources:
The deal/account fields included in your CRM integration. Basic metrics can be based on any CRM field as long as it’s imported to Gong as part of your integration. Learn more about importing Salesforce fields here, and about importing HubSpot fields here.
Note:
Syncing new CRM fields with Gong may take a few hours.
Gong data enrichments:
The deal status
Deal last activity: The date of the last activity associated with the deal
Deal last customer activity: The date of the last activity associated with the deal, in which the customer/prospect was involved.
Deal next call: The date of the next call or meeting associated with the deal.
Notes:
We currently display the currency data as selected in your company settings. In future releases, multiple currencies will be supported.
Deals data can be filtered by account fields, but not vice versa. In future releases, account data will also be filterable by deal fields.
