Any Gong plan*
Connect Gong to Outreach so that Gong can retrieve calls directly from Outreach. This is more reliable than going through a third party and makes troubleshooting easier.
To connect to Outreach:
Click Admin center > Settings > Data capture > Telephony systems.
Click + Add telephony system.
Select Outreach.
Set the speaker channel to the desired channel.
Click CONNECT.
To access account and prospect calls in Gong from Outreach, without having to connect to the Outreach telephony integration, see Gong for Outreach
