You can connect to Outreach via the API.
Advantages of integrating to Outreach via the API:
Gong retrieves calls directly from Outreach - more reliable than via a third party

To connect to Outreach via the API:
Before you connect to Outreach, import users into Gong and set them to record.
Click Company settings > Data capture > Telephony systems.
Click + Add telephony system.
Select Outreach.
Set the speaker channel to the desired channel.
Click CONNECT.
