Any Gong plan*

Connect Gong to Outreach so that Gong can retrieve calls directly from Outreach. This is more reliable than going through a third party and makes troubleshooting easier.

To connect to Outreach:

  1. Click Admin center > Settings > Data capture > Telephony systems.

  2. Click + Add telephony system.

  3. Select Outreach.

  4. Set the speaker channel to the desired channel.

  5. Click CONNECT.
