The Dialpad integration has been improved so more call types are imported to Gong, and they arrive faster. The integration is now based on an OAuth connection instead of an API token.
We recommend setting up the new integration before uninstalling the current integration.
Set up the new integration
Go to Admin center > Settings > Data capture > Telephony systems and click + Add telephony system.
Select Dialpad.
In Connection type, select OAuth.
Check Import calls only for call participants defined in your CRM to only import calls with known CRM contacts.
Click CONNECT.
Remove the legacy integration
Go to Admin center > Settings > Data capture > Telephony system.
Select Dialpad, and click Remove connection.
The Dialpad SMS integration is unchanged.
