Available on: Any Gong plan
Where to go: Admin center > Settings tab > Ecosystem > Integrations
To install the Gong Notifications app in Microsoft Teams, first set up the integration between Gong and Microsoft Teams Chat. The integration requires Gong to access Teams via Azure to identify teams and channels that can receive notifications.
Step 1: Connect to Microsoft Teams
In Gong, go to Admin center > Settings > Ecosystem > Integrations
Click Add Integration at the top right corner. This opens the Gong Collective.
In the Gong Collective, search for Microsoft Teams - Notifications and click Connect.
Note:
This is different from the Microsoft Teams - Conferencing app.
In the permission request page, click Accept to give Gong access to Teams. Gong is now connected to Microsoft Teams - Notifications.
Step 2: Install the Gong notifications app in Microsoft Teams
Install the Gong Notifications app in Teams as follows:
In Microsoft AppSource, search for Gong Notifications.
Click Get it now
Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
Once installed, you should see a screen notifying you that the app has been added successfully.
Select the Teams channels you’d like to get notifications in. Notifications are automatically sent to the selected channels when calls are added to your streams, or when you'd like to share a call with your team in a channel.
Step 3: Configure company-wide notifications in Gong
Go to Admin center > Settings > Company > Notification settings
Under Collaboration > Comments, tags, and replies, check Teams.

Team members will now receive Gong notifications in Microsoft Teams. Individual users can manage their personal notification settings in their My notifications page.
