Get real-time insights and alerts about your sales calls without leaving Microsoft Teams, using the Gong Notifications app. By connecting Gong to a Teams workspace, you can receive notifications about events in your Gong activities and share calls or call snippets with team members in your Teams chat environment.
Notifications are sent to a user’s personal Gong app in Teams when:
They are mentioned or tagged in a call
Comments are added to calls they were invited to
A call is shared in one of their channels
New calls are added to a stream in their channels
To install the Gong Notifications app in Microsoft Teams, you'll first need to set up an integration between Gong and Microsoft Teams Chat.
Enabling notifications
To receive notifications when new calls are added to a stream, enable notifications in the stream’s settings. Go to Conversations > Your library > select your stream, and click Edit stream.
You can share calls or call snippets in Teams via the Share call tab at the top right of the call page.
