Manage your personal recording links, associated meeting URLs, and Microsoft Teams connection from the Recording settings section of My profile. What appears here depends on your company's configuration.
Find your recording links
Your recording links appear here if your company uses a consent page or if others schedule meetings on your behalf. There are two types:
Dynamic link: Appears when your company has enabled the Gong consent page for Zoom. Use this link when scheduling meetings that require participant consent.
Static link: Your personal Gong recording link and Zoom personal meeting room link. If someone else schedules meetings on your behalf, they can use either of these links.
To find your recording links:
Click your profile avatar at the top right and select My profile.
Click Recording settings in the left panel.
Add associated meeting URLs
Associating your personal meeting room URLs with your Gong profile helps Gong link recorded calls to your profile automatically. Add all the meeting room URLs you use regularly.
To add associated meeting URLs:
Click your profile avatar at the top right and select My profile.
Click Recording settings in the left panel.
Under Associated Meeting URLs, enter your personal meeting room URL. Enter each URL on a separate line if you have more than one.
Click Save changes.
Connect Microsoft Teams
If your company uses Microsoft Teams as its default web conferencing system, connect it here to ensure calls are correctly attributed to you.
To connect Microsoft Teams:
Click your profile avatar at the top right and select My profile.
Click Recording settings in the left panel.
Under Connection to Microsoft Teams, complete the connection steps.
Click Save changes if prompted.
Note:
If your company uses a different web conference provider as default, a Microsoft Teams connection option may not appear here. Learn more about how calls are recorded.
Note:
Voice identification can also be enabled from this section if your admin has turned it on for your company. Learn more about opting in to voice identification.
