Manage automations

Who can use this: Any team member

Available on: Gong Foundation, Gong Engage

Required permissions: Manage automations

Admins can view and manage automated AI briefs and automated engage flows from the Automations page.

To view your automations:

1. From the left sidebar, click Assets, and select Automations.

   

2. Each AI brief automation includes the following columns:

   • Status (Disabled/Enabled). Toggle to change status.

   • Automation name and description

   • Trigger conditions

   • Action conditions (brief sent or flow selection)

   • Created date and creator

   • Last modified date and editor

3. Use Search to locate a specific automation, or use +Add filter to narrow down the available options:

   • Action type

   • Created by

   • Last updated by

   • Status

   • Trigger

4. Use  More actions icon to:

   • Edit the automation.

   • Duplicate the automation

   • Delete the automation (deletion requires confirmation).
