This article explains how to set up the integration with HubSpot telephony system so you can import calls. If you are looking for info on the HubSpot CRM integration, go here.
You must be a HubSpot administrator to enable the integration. Speaker separation is supported.
Set up HubSpot telephony system
Make sure calls are recorded in HubSpot.
Authorize the integration with Gong (must be done by a HubSpot admin).
Set up HubSpot telephony integration in Gong
Click Company settings > Data capture > Telephony systems.
Click + Add telephony system.
Select HubSpot.
Set the speaker channel to the desired channel.
Click CONNECT.
