Download a folder usage report

A folder usage report is a CSV file that shows which calls are in a folder, who has listened to them, and when. Use it to track engagement with content you have shared or curated for your team.

Download the report

You can download a usage report for any folder you have access to, including subfolders. Each report includes the selected folder and any nested subfolders. To get data for a subfolder, download a separate report for that subfolder.

To download a folder usage report:

1. From the left sidebar, click Conversations, and select Your library or Company library.

2. Navigate to the folder you want the report for.

3. Choose how you want to start the download:    

   • From the folder list: Hover over the relevant folder, click the More actions icon, and select Download usage report.

   • From inside the folder: Open the folder and click Download usage report in the top right.

The report downloads as a CSV file.

What the report contains

Each row in the report represents one listener's engagement with one call in the folder. The following fields are included:

• Folder name and path

• Call title

• Date the call was added to the folder

• Listener name, email address, and job title

• Most recent date the listener opened the call and the duration they listened

• Host name, email address, and job title

• Manager name and email address, reported up to ten levels

• Link to the call and link to the folder

• Participant and host email addresses

Note:

The report includes personal information such as listener email addresses, host details, and manager hierarchy. Handle the CSV in line with your company's data privacy policies and share it only with team members who need access to this information.
