    Download a library folder report

    See who’s listening to calls in specific folders by downloading a CSV report with usage information.

    1. Go to Conversations > Your library or Conversations > Company library.

    2. Locate the folder you want the report for, click to open it, and click Download in the top right corner.

      If it’s a folder you’ve created, you can hover over the folder directly from the list on the right, click More-menu.png and then click Download usage report. If you select a folder with sub-folders, information is provided for the sub-folders as well.

    What’s in the usage report?

    The report includes the following info:

    • Folder name and path

    • Call title

    • Date added folder

    • User listened name, email and title

    • Most recent date listened

    • Call host name, email, title

    • Manager information

    • Call link

    • Folder link

    • Email addresses of participants and hosts
