Article summary

  1. Ask your Close admin to give you the Close API keys.

  2. Make sure calls are set to be recorded in Close before integrating Close in Gong.

  3. Import users to Gong and set them to record before integrating Close in Gong.

  4. Click Company settings > Data captureTelephony systems.

  5. Click + Add telephony system.

  6. Select Close.

  7. Enter the API Keys.

  8. Click CONNECT.
