Here’s what you need before your revenue team can start setting up Gong Forecast:

  • Plan and seats: Your company must have a Gong Forecast plan, and team members forecasting with Gong must be allocated with Forecast seats. Typically, every rep and manager should have a Forecast seat, as well as the business admin and other individuals.

    The plan type and the number of seats allocated and purchased are shown in Admin center > Team members.

  • Hierarchy: If your company provisions team members from an external provider like Okta or OneLogin, make sure the team hierarchy is up-to-date there. If it isn’t, managers won't see their direct reports’ forecasts.

  • CRM integration: Gong should be integrated with your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics).
