Frequently asked questions
Can I share a saved search with my team?
To share a consistent set of matching calls with others, create a stream from your filter set. You can share streams with other team members, and streams automatically collect new calls that match the filters.
What is the difference between a saved search and a stream?
A saved search stores your filter criteria so you can reapply them whenever you choose. A stream applies the same filters automatically and collects matching calls as they come in, building a live collection over time. Streams can also send Slack notifications when new calls match. Use a saved search for occasional lookups; use a stream for ongoing monitoring.
