    What is Gong Connect?

    Gong Connect is a service within the Gong mobile app that allows reps to make and record outbound calls; maintain key information and prepare for next steps when they're on the go. Gong Connect is a VoIP service that works with either Wi-Fi  or cellular connections.

    You can set your system up so calls are automatically recorded and ingested in Gong, so account executives and frontline managers can reap the benefits of getting the full picture of deal activity for efficient pipeline reviews, including accurate warnings.

    Turn on Gong Connect

    Gong Connect is managed in data capture settings.

    1. Go to Company settings > Team members

    2. Select a team member or a full team to open the panel showing that team member or team’s settings.

    3. Under Data Capture, click Enable Gong Connect.

    Block automatic recording for certain regions

    Set recording methods for different regions so that you comply with each region's call recording regulations.
