Create and manage templates

Email templates are pre-made emails that can be used as a starting point for personal emails, emails in flows, and one-off emails. They can include field placeholders that are automatically populated when used, saving you time. They can also contain attachments.

Templates are available to everyone, but whether you can create, edit, or manage them depends on your company's permission settings.

Create a template

  1. From the left sidebar, click Assets, and select Content templates.

  2. Click A plus sign icon representing an addition or increase function in a user interface. to create a new template.

  3. Click A purple key icon representing a digital or physical key concept. at the top to give your template a descriptive name.

  4. Add a subject line for your template.

  5. Write your template using the text editor. You can apply rich text formatting, add field placeholders and emojis, and more.

  6. Save the template.

Edit a template

  1. From the left sidebar, click Assets, and select Content templates. Select a template.

  2. Edit the template using the text editor.

  3. Save the template.

Add attachments to a template

  1. From the left sidebar, click Assets, and select Content templates. Select a template.

  2. Click Highlighted elements illustrate key features and data points in the presented analysis.. The total size of a template, including attachments, can be up to 20 MB.

Delete a template

  1. From the left sidebar, click Assets, and select Content templates.

  2. Hover over the template you want to delete. Click Three vertical dots indicating a menu or options in a user interface. and select Delete. Deleting a template is permanent.
