Calculate the consent opt out rate
Tech admin can calculate the number of calls not recorded due to lack of consent by accessing Company settings, Reports, and Call Status. They need to filter calls based on consent page usage and aborted status with compliance user request skip reason. By dividing the calls without consent by the total consent page usage calls, they can determine the consent opt-out rate. Monitoring this rate over time helps in understanding regular levels for the business.
Who can do this? Tech admin
Calculate how many calls were not recorded due to participants who didn't give their consent via the consent page.
Click Company settings > Reports > Call Status.
Select the team and timeframe for the report, and then click EMAIL REPORT.
Download the report that is sent to your email.
Filter the report for calls where "Consent Page Used" is "TRUE", and make a note of the number of calls.
Next, filter the report again for calls where:
"Status" is "ABORTED", and
"Skip Reason" is "COMPLIANCE_USER_REQUEST"
Make a note of the number of calls in this filter.
Divide the number of calls where consent wasn't given (i.e. that matched the filter in step 5) by the number of calls where the consent page was used (i.e. that matched the filter in step 4).
The result is the consent opt out rate. Monitor this rate over time to understand regular levels for your business.
