    Delete a consent profile

    Where to go: Company settings > Data capture > Recording consent

    Who's this for? Tech admin

    1. Make sure that the profile is not assigned to anyone.

      • If assigned, you must first unassign it via the Team Members page.

    2. In the Recording consent settings page, next to the name of the profile you want to delete, click Button____1_.png > Delete.

    3. Next to the name of the profile you want to delete,

    4. In the confirmation message, click DELETE.
