Delete a consent profile

Who can use this: Tech admin

Available on: Any Gong plan

1. Make sure that the profile is not assigned to anyone.

   • If assigned, you must first unassign it via the Team Members page.

2. In the Recording consent settings page, next to the name of the profile you want to delete, click > Delete.

   Note:

   If the consent profile is assigned to at least one team member, you can’t delete the consent profile and this option is greyed out.

3. Next to the name of the profile you want to delete,

4. In the confirmation message, click DELETE.
