Associate the consent page with personal meeting link

If your org has profiles that don't use GoToMeeting, Webex, or Zoom's API, team members with such profiles need to manually associate the consent page link with their personal meeting link.

WHAT'S THIS? If using a web conferencing provider that does not allow you to choose the consent page type, your recorded team members must manually associate their web conference meeting link with your organization's consent page link in their Gong profile.

• Instructions on how your team members can do this can be found here.

• To send an email with the personalized consent page link to all team members who are set to be recorded, click Company settings > Data capture > Recording consent, and in the Consent page area, click Send email now.

Note:

For profiles that use GoToMeeting, Webex, or Zoom's API, Gong automatically matches the consent page link with your team member's personal web conferencing link, and there is no need for those team members to associate their link manually.
