Where to go: Admin center > Settings > People > Team members
Consent profiles are set for team members, or teams, when adding a new team member or in an assignment for automatic provisioning.
Note:
When you change the consent profile for a team member they must logout and login again to MS Outlook or Gmail.
Assign to team members
In the Team members page, when adding or editing a team member, select the relevant consent profile in the Consent Profile section.
Assign to a team
In your Team members page, click 
next to the name of the team's manager. Scroll down to Recording and consent and select the relevant consent profile.
Assign through provisioning
Click Admin Center > Settings > People > Team member provisioning page, in a new or existing assignment, select the relevant consent profile in the Recording settings area.
