This integration ensures that the Gong consent page is used when scheduling meetings with Chili Piper. Stay compliant with GDPR and other regulations when scheduling meetings without having to coordinate recording consent separately.
Set up the Gong consent page
In Gong, go to Company settings > Data capture > Recording Consent.
Click the consent profile you want to set the consent page for
Configure the consent page, including the conference provider, link type, and any custom logos or text you want to appear, and save your changes.

Enable the Gong integration in Chili Piper
In Chili Piper, enabling the integration includes connecting the Gong app and allowing Chili Piper to access the Gong public API and perform some operations.

Update templates and reminders
In Chili Piper, update your team's meeting type via the "Insert Contact Method" button, or using 1 dynamic tag.

Disconnect the integration
If you need to disconnect the Gong integration in Chili Piper, locate Gong in the Admin Center integrations, and click Disconnect.
