This article explains the action fields you can set when bringing engagement event data into Gong's activity timeline via a Zap. For information on how to set this up, go here.
There are 3 action types:

"Content Shared" events - engagement events when a Gong user shares content with external participants (for example, a contract was “shared” by the account executive with their prospects)

"Content Viewed"events - engagement events when content is viewed by an external participant (for example, a contract was “viewed” by the prospect)

"Custom Action" events - engagement events when content is engaged with by an external participant (for example, a contract was “signed” by the prospect)
Enter the following information regarding the object that was shared, viewed, or otherwise engaged with:

What's the name of the object?

What's the direct URL to view the object?

How many dynamic properties do you have to display for the object?
Enter the following information regarding the event that was shared, viewed, or otherwise engaged with:

What's the name of the event?

What's the ID Of the event?

What's the URL to view more info regarding the event?

How many dynamic properties do you have to display for the sharing event?
Enter the following information regarding the person who shared, viewed, or otherwise engaged with the object (labelled Sharer, Viewer, or Actor):

For "shared" event types, enter the Sharing Message Subject and Body
