Track adoption and utilization of Gong in your organization. In the utilization report, you can see who in your company benefits from Gong's features, and which are most heavily used. In addition to data on how each person uses Gong, you will also see how people gain from or help other Gong users. The data includes details such as how many people listened to another person's calls, how many comments they gave on those calls. This means that Gong users can benefit from listening to calls even if the call owner doesn't log into Gong regularly.
The report includes all users from all workspaces, but only gives statistics for activities in the current workspace.

People without the technical admin or business admin role can also download a version of this report that contains less information on the Team page.
Create the report

In your Company Settings page, in the Reports section, click Utilization.

Select the category of the calls included in the report.

Select whether you want a summarized or detailed report. The summarized report gives an overall picture of how people are using Gong, and the detailed report provides data on how each different feature in Gong is used. The list of fields included in each report is described below.

Select the timeframe you want the report to cover, or choose specific start and end dates for the report.

Click Email Report. The report is sent via email in a .csv file.
Data in the summarized report
The report contains the following information:
