What's included?
The report shows data for the workspace the admin is currently working in, for activity over the selected time period, for all types of calls.
The report does not include people who a) don't have a permission profile for the workspace or b) have no activity in the workspace.

Create the report

Go to Company Settings, and under the Reports section, click Usage.

Filter the page view for the teams you want and the date range.

Click Email Report. An email is sent to you with a link to download the report as a .csv file.
What info is downloaded into the CSV file?
The report contains the following information:

The person's primary email address and their name. |

Shows whether or not the person is a manager. |
Recorded |
Whether or not the person is set to be recorded by Gong on web conferencing calls. |
Calls imported |
Whether or not the person is set for their telephony calls to be imported |
Manager of people whose data is captured |
Direct manager of the person who is set to be recorded or their telephony calls to be imported |
Days active |
Shows the number of days where at least one “activity” took place during the report period. An “activity” is considered:
Note that this column does not include when the person had a call recorded by Gong during the report period. |

Shows the number of calls (web conference, telephony, and manually uploaded) the person owns that were recorded or uploaded during the report period. |
# calls listened |
Shows the number of calls that the person listened to during the report period. This number can also be seen in the TEAM > STATS > GONG USAGE > CALLS LISTENED tab. |
# calls commented |
Shows the number of calls that the person commented on during the report period. This number can also be seen in the TEAM > STATS > GONG USAGE > CALLS WITH COMMENTS tab. |
# calls scored |
Shows the number of calls that the person scored during the report period. This number can also be seen in the TEAM > STATS > GONG USAGE > CALLS WITH SCORECARDS tab. |
# calls gave feedback |
Shows the number of calls that the person gave feedback on during the report period. Learn what is considered feedback. This number can also be seen in the TEAM > STATS > GONG USAGE > CALLS WITH FEEDBACK tab. |
# of visits to Deals page |
Shows the amount of days a person visited the Deals page during the report time period. |
Manually gave feedback |
Shows the number of calls that the person manually marked as “Feedback Given” during the report period. This number can also be seen in the TEAM > STATS > GONG USAGE > MARKED AS FEEDBACK tab. |
Manager # name (top down) |
The columns with the manager name and email show the person's hierarchical chain, starting with "Manager 1" as the top-level manager, and working down. |
