Record an internal call

Some companies are set to record external calls only. If your company is set this way, you may still want to record an occasional internal call. For example, if someone can't attend and wants to listen later, or to enable you to revisit an important call with your team mates.

Here's how you can manually set Gong to record an internal call:

• In the invitee list, add an email address with an external domain.

• Invite the Gong recording bot to the calendar event.

If you want to record internal calls on a regular basis, ask your Gong tech admin to change your recording setting.
