Access Gong Conversation in Salesforce

Calls that have been completed are exported to Salesforce as a Gong conversation. Gong conversations are found in the Gong app for Salesforce. Calls are exported once they are finished and include the call recording and call data such as the date and time the call took place, the participants and Gong analytics data. Meeting invites are not exported.

To access the Gong app:

  • In Salesforce click on the top left of the Salesforce homepage and search for Gong.io.

Access Gong Dashboards

When in Salesforce, click on the top left of the Salesforce home page and select Dashboards. In the Dashboards tab select All Folders and then click Gong Dashboards.
