Any Gong plan*
- From the home screen, tap More > Settings. 
- Set the desired settings: - Network - Use cellular data to download calls: Toggle off to download calls only when you have Wi-Fi. 
 - Push notifications - Get real-time push notifications when deal-defining moments happen during sales conversations and for comments. Toggle on to be notified when: - Someone shared a call with me 
- Someone requested feedback on a call 
- There are new comments 
- I'm mentioned in a comment 
 - Notifications: Tap to access the notifications and set when you want to be notified by the mobile app. - Get real-time push notifications when deal-defining moments happen during sales conversations. You can also receive push notifications when someone mentions you in comments. 
 
- Tap More > Profile to see your Gong profile details: - Email: See the email address you're logged in with 
- User ID: Your Gong user ID. 
- Workspace: If your org uses Gong workspaces, the workspace you're currently signed in to is listed. 
 
- Tap More > Help to: - Access the Gong Help Center, tap Getting started. 
- See app acknowledgements, tap Acknowledgements. 
- Send us feedback, tap Send feedback. 
 This opens an email that contains device logs that can be sent to our support team for troubleshooting.
 - The Gong mobile app version is shown on the More screen. - Rooted devices are not supported.
