At the top of theSearch page, you'll see a chart representing all your company calls. If you haven't applied any filters to your calls, this chart will reflect your company’s total number of calls.
Tip
If your company has multiple workspaces, you’ll see all calls for your specific workspace. Workspaces are set up and managed by your Gong admin. For more on workspaces, see this.

Immediately above this chart, you’ll see an Action menu where, depending on your permissions, you can download the calls CSV, move calls to another workspace, or delete filtered calls.
Click and drag your mouse on any area of the chart to zoom into a specific period of time.

Once you've applied filters to your calls, the chart at the top of the page will show calls that match this filter.
So, for example, if you search for calls with a specific team member using the Call participants field, this chart will display the calls that team member has participated in.

If you use the Words or phrases filter to find calls, the summary of your search results will be broken down more deeply, displaying how many of the calls that match the rest of the filters contain those words or phrases.

List of calls
Below the chart, you’ll see all the calls that match your search. You can sort these calls by date, call duration or CRM fields. If you haven’t chosen any filters to search by, you’ll see all of your company calls here. For a drill down on what you’ll see for each call, see List of calls.
